BEG (Level 1)
Beginner teaches you the fundamentals of CrossFit. Learn the basics of working out, eating correctly, and accomplishing goals.
The minimum time required at Level 1 is two weeks.

BEG/INT (Level 2)
Beginner/Intermediate begins training you through the CrossFit Youngstown workout of the day (WOD). Basic skills will be covered. You will not be intimidated at this level, because you will be surrounded by only students at your level.
You will be given the requirements to complete the BEG/INT Level (2) upon completion of Level 1.
INT (Level 3)
Intermediate continues with the daily WOD. You will learn skills in greater detail of which, up until now, you may have been unfamiliar or unaware.
You will be given the requirements to complete the INT Level (3) upon completion of Level 2.
INT/ADV (Level 4)
Intermediate/Advanced continues with the daily WOD with higher expectations. You will learn and practice regularly advanced skills.
You will be given the requirements to complete the INT/ADV Level (4) upon completion of Level 3.
ADV (Level 5)
Advanced gives you a whole new level upon which to complete the daily WOD. You are expected to regularly demonstrated and perfect advanced skills.
You will be given the requirements to complete the ADV Level (5) upon completion of Level 4.
Next Level?
There are currently no students who have completed Level 5 Training. As soon as the first student completes Level 5, Level 6 will be released. As soon as the first student completes Level 6, Level 7 will be released and so on.
