Free Introductory Classes
All Students at CrossFit Youngstown must complete 1 Intro class.
The Intro class is a one-on-one, 45min presentation on our program including:
1. Getting to Know You.
2. Scheduling.
3. What is CrossFit?
4. The CrossFit Youngstown Curriculum.
5. Membership Packages.
All questions related to this material are best saved for the Intro class.
